MS Support Group

Every other month, DCND will host a multiple sclerosis support group at the Centerville office.

Next Support Group: June 15th- 4:30-5:30PM

Topic: MS & Work: Navigating Disclosure, Fatigue, and Benefits

Living with multiple sclerosis can make work life more complicated—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. Join us for a supportive and practical conversation focused on the challenges of balancing MS and employment.

In this session, we’ll talk about:

  • How and when to disclose an MS diagnosis at work
  • Strategies for managing fatigue on the job
  • Understanding disability benefits and navigating insurance concerns
  • Advocating for yourself and requesting workplace accommodations

This is a safe, confidential space to share experiences, ask questions, and learn from others who understand what you're going through.

Who should attend:
Anyone living with MS who is working, considering returning to work, or navigating employment-related decisions.

What to expect:
Open discussion, shared experiences, and helpful resources—no pressure to speak, just come as you are.
