Nicole Alexander, DO

Nicole Alexander, DO, is a highly skilled and compassionate neurologist at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), which staffs convenient locations in Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio.

Dr. Alexander received her bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, before pursuing her osteopathic medicine doctorate from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens. She completed her residency at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio.

With a diverse range of special interests, including general neurology, Multiple Sclerosis, headache disorders, botulinum toxin (Botox®) injections, movement disorders, and stroke, Dr. Alexander provides comprehensive and specialized care to her patients. 

Dr. Alexander maintains active memberships in esteemed professional organizations, such as the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.

Driven by a passion for philanthropy and service, Dr. Alexander combines her interests in science and medicine to positively impact the lives of her patients. She finds great satisfaction in providing her patients with answers and closure as she helps them navigate and understand their neurologic conditions.

When she isn’t working with patients, Dr. Alexander enjoys spending time with her two children and husband. They share a love for the outdoors, especially being on the water.
