Bio


Megan Mackenzie, DO, is a board-certified neurologist at the Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), providing comprehensive neurology care to adults at the Centerville office. DCND also staffs offices in Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio.

Dr. Mackenzie began her education at Michigan State University in East Lansing, earning her Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. After graduation, she remained in East Lansing, enrolling at the Michigan State College of Osteopathic Medicine, obtaining her Doctor of Osteopathy. 

She completed residency training at Kettering Health Dayton (formerly Grandview Medical Center) in Ohio. 

Dr. Mackenzie treats various neurological disorders such as dementia/Alzheimer's, movement disorders and seizures. She has a special interest in finding relief for people who suffer from headaches and pregnancy-related neurologic issues. She also specializes in using botulinum toxin to manage migraines. 

Dr. Mackenzie is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Osteopathic Association. She is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Neurology and Psychiatry.

When she isn’t meeting with patients or developing personalized treatment plans, Dr. Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She’s also an athlete who enjoys playing tennis.

Dr. Mackenzie welcomes any person experiencing neurological distress or migraines to the Dayton Center of Neurological Disorders.
