Do you or will you offer the COVID-19 vaccine at your office?

No. We will not be offering the COVID-19 vaccine at any of our office locations. For a list of who is offering them please visit this website: https://vaccine.coronavirus.ohio.gov/

Should I get the COVID-19 vaccine?

We are asking that you first start by asking your primary care provider this question. If we manage a medication that could impact your ability with receiving the vaccine, we will contact you directly.
