Taylor Kabacinski, DO, is a board-eligible neurologist specializing in epilepsy at Dayton Center for Neurological Disorders (DCND), which staffs convenient locations in Centerville, Beavercreek, Springfield, Eaton, Wilmington, Hillsboro, and Vandalia, Ohio. Dr. Kabacinski is mainly based out of Kettering Brain and Spine.
She attended A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona and then moved to Dayton, Ohio, for her neurology residency at Grandview Medical Center.
“Neurology is a continually evolving field as we learn more and more about the intricacies of the brain and nervous system year after year. This constant growth of knowledge and continued development of various neurological treatments is what attracted me to the specialty. Epilepsy is a subspecialty that involves many aspects, including procedures such as EEG and Wada testing, but also has many treatment options such as medications, surgery, and devices to utilize for our patients. I enjoy the variety seen in this subspecialty field. More specifically, I have a passion for women with epilepsy, as there are many hormonal influences and changes with pregnancy that also need to be more specifically considered. I enjoy building continuous relationships with patients in order to find the best treatments to improve their quality of life when diagnosed with a neurological condition,” said Dr. Kabacinski.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, or sitting by the fire with a good book.
“The minute I entered the door at DCND, I felt welcomed and comforted. My care team has always been top notch. They listen and work with me to manage my condition!”
